The Opportunity We are seeking candidates across multiple levels: Undergraduate Engineers (3rd/4th Year) Graduate Engineers Project Engineers Foremen All roles are Sunshine Coast based – be home every night. Your Role (Depending on Level) Support or lead project delivery across subdivisions and civil works Manage costs, materials, subcontractors, and reporting Ensure safety, quality, and project compliance Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders Lead site teams (Foreman level) to deliver projects on time and to a high standard About You Civil Engineering qualification (or currently studying) or strong civil construction experience (Foreman) Experience in subdivisions, roadworks, or infrastructure (preferred) Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills White Card (or willing to obtain) Driver’s Licence Full Australian working rights Why Join Shadforth?
